Owners in Australia and New Zealand look up your vans long after they leave the factory. We help make sure what they find is accurate, and that problems get to the right person quickly.

What we're building with partners

  1. Verified model pages. Our van directory already lists 33 models from 15 brands, compiled from public spec sheets. Send us your official data and we mark it as supplied or confirmed by the manufacturer.
  2. A record for every van. A QR code fitted at the factory links each van to its actual build: serial numbers, fitted appliances, manuals and warranty terms, in plain English.
  3. Warranty and parts, across the border. Owner reports reach the importer and the factory in one ticket, in English and Chinese, with photos and the van's build record attached.

We're looking for one factory and one importer to pilot this with a small batch of vans. Pilot partners help shape the tools and pay a reduced fee.
